Program name: Virtue Bowling Supply Order Alerts

Who this program is for. This is a private, staff-only messaging program. It is used by Virtue Bowling Supply to send order-fulfillment notifications to designated staff members at the bowling centers that fulfill our e-commerce orders. Participants are enrolled individually by Virtue Bowling Supply management. This program is not open to the general public and is not used to send messages to retail customers.

What messages you will receive. Order status notifications and reminders for in-store-pickup and ship-from-store orders. A message identifies the order number, the customer name, the current status, and may include a secure link to confirm that step. You may reply with short commands (for example “35608 ordered” or “35608 done”) to update an order, and you will receive a brief confirmation in return. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this program.

How you opt in. A member of Virtue Bowling Supply management asks you directly, in person or by phone, whether you would like to receive order notifications on your work cell phone. Your number is then added to our order system and you receive a single confirmation message. You must reply YES to that message before any further messages are sent to you. If you do not reply YES, you will receive nothing further.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on order volume and how quickly orders are completed.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Virtue Bowling Supply does not charge for this program; charges depend on your mobile plan and carrier.

How to stop messages. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resume.

Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

Privacy. Mobile numbers collected for this program are used only to send the order notifications described above. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.
